National Governing Council
The Annual General Assembly (AGA) is the highest decision making body of the fellowship. The AGA constitutes an electoral college which elects the highest executive organ of the fellowship, the National Governing Council (NGC). NFBPC has governing councils serving at Regional, Provincial, District and Sub-county levels (that is, REC, PGC, DGC and SCGC respectively).
Council of Elders

National Ministers

Regional Governing Council
Regional Governing Councils are lower level to NGC – They consist of six elected leaders and a number of appointed Departmental heads corresponding to the Number of Ministers at the National level.
There are 14 Regions in the NFBPC regions namely: Central Buganda, Central-Western (Toro) Eastern (Tororo), Kampala, North-East (Karamoja), North-Eastern (Teso), Northern-1 (Acholi), Northern-2 (Lango), North-Western (Bunyoro), South-Eastern (Busoga), Southern Buganda (Masaka), South-Western (Kigezi), West Nile, and Western (Ankole) regions, each headed by a Regional Overseer, who is a representative of his region on the National Executive Committee as a Member.
Provincial Governing Council
Provincial Governing Council (PGCs) are a lower level to the RGCs – They consist of six elected leaders and a number of appointed Departmental heads corresponding to the Number of Ministers at the National level per committee.
A province is a combination of two or more districts. There are 45 provinces in the 14 NFBPC regions of Uganda, each headed by a Provincial Overseer, who is a representative of his province on the Regional Governing Council as a Member.
District Governing Council
The District Governing Councils (DGC); formerly District Executive Committees (DECs) are a lower level to the PGCs – They consist of six elected leaders and a number of appointed Departmental heads corresponding to the Number of Ministers at the National level per committee.
A district is a local leadership unit which oversees the lower churches in a locality. There are 136 districts (112 civic districts and 34 Municipalities) in the country, each headed by a District Overseer.
Apart from Kampala districts (Central Kampala, Kawempe, Makindye, Nakawa and Rubaga) which connect directly to a Regional Committee, the rest of the district overseers in the country are representatives to Provincial Executive Committe
